well, dont know what samba is but im using SAMBAR web server :) but apache seems better, will download it and learn it. is it difficult to use apache?

ive tested on three different isps and none of them works. or, yes, when you plug it in directly from the cable or dsl modem. it looks like if it is some setting in the os?

d-link di 604, but ive tested some different. its only when the computer is connected to the router. if i connect the modem directly to the computer it works fine.

my friend and i have a wierd msn prob. we cant send files to each other, well, very slow... both have broadband and i can recive and send files very quick to other msn users but not to him. any thoughts?

do you know how i can set a default setting for every install program to install programs on my f: disk? dont want to have them on the same disk as the os is installed to..

i have my xp pro installed on my d: disk, but i dont want to install any programs there. i want it on the f: disk, wich is very much larger. how can i make a default setting for every install program to install to f: by default? is it possible? thanks.
