Honestly though hope it goes well and make a few notes... if you ever have to do it again you could maybe give them to someone else? Or maybe automate it (j/k)

well i did mean 12 my time, but I have to wait for X-istence.
He will be doing the backups as well as an SQL query that will list all users that have the same username on the old and new forums, as well as their new userid but arranging them by their old userid, as I have to enter each one manually.

about 1300 users remain on the old database after I purged anyone with less than 20 posts (ie made their posts guest posts). 25 users per page... 1300 users... lots of pages. (325) --- is gonna be fun. But I have the new Tiesto album, so that should be ok.

Yeah, the forums will be off as soon as X-istence and I are ready. So don't start out on any long posts or if you do, do it in notepad
