You need a better PSU. I use PC Power and Cooling power supplies.

You also need a better CPU cooler than stock if you are going to overclock.
I'm using the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme (TRUE) on 4 of 5 quads (one QX6700, two Q6700s, one Q6600 B3).
