They had a lot, but they also sold a lot. All of the 2.0's were gone by 6pm today, and they expected to get rid of all of them by close tonight.

You simply don't see this for a PC, where a new hardware platform comes out and is sold out by end of day :s

see that's what buggs me... M$ is sooo much into OS, developing only a minute amount of network hardware +keyboards and mices.... that they might eventually try to program an os for apple, and apple will adopt it :s

No way. OS X is the HEART of the Mac. Steve Jobs has said that himself. Apple will not adopt a MS OS. Apple even made iWorks to compete with Office!

iWork isnt any competition to Office. iWork, at least in my opinion is an evolution of AppleWorks.

It's competition when it replaces Office on someone's computer. It did on mine.
