Just for the record. The last theme I posted didn't all come together. I put all that stuff together myself. The visual style came seperate from the wallpaper. The wallpaper doesn't even look like that either. I used a program to give the effect of the water at the bottom. The visual style isn't see through by itself. I am also using a program to give that effect. So all in all if you want this theme ask and I can put all that stuff into a zip and post it.
