Initial reports are that this is different from the leaked version that has been available for about a week on all sorts of torrent sites, the hash is different:

en_windows_vista_x86_dvd_X12-34293.iso = b71e04564ca22e4d9928e59298eff87cf62b382b
LRMCFRE_EN_DVD.iso (BillGates) = b82590481755ba3420e7314bf82b8916a90963b5

They're also offering the RTM build (with Business or Ultimate keys!) on Connect.
Sign in and check it out. :)

It's on TechNet too, downloading now :D

Damn you all!! :(

I was only in the CPP for Vista, so I get nothing via Connect.

Hopefully my uni admins can get it onto MSDNAA!

Retail XP and MSDN XP also had different hashes. Found this picture posted on a torrent site of the setup.exe file version located in the sources folder of the MSDN Vista image they have recently posted.

Downloading now from TechNet, slowly but surely. It should be done by Saturday, after Thanksgiving.

Ahhh that would be fine, except for the fact that all Vista DVDs have all releases (except Enterprise) on them. Also the release from the net states that they ARE MSDN releases....

So, the big question is: if they're not MSDN, what are they?

FRIGGIN AWESOME! Thank you Microsoft!

AH I love whoever hooked me up with the Beta Invite...

You'll get it in no time. It's an incredibly nice gesture though.. seriously!

Now I will have two legitimate copies. (another from MSDNAA..)

i was dying to get an invite but never seemed to find one. :(

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
