Writing a S.L.A.

Don't really have a proper section for this, so the Green Room will do 🙂

I have a need to wrote some S.L.A. (Service Level Agreement) for some of my clients, does anyone have any experience doing this or have any suggestions on how I could write some that are relatively decent?

Sun has a write up on SLA's I scanned thought it quickly but it shows a step by step style on how to write one up. hope it helps 🙂
