Well yes there is but its not the recommend way and is also not the best thing to do if your not sure on what your doing. So I'll leave the rest of the answer up to somebody else as I've never done it so I'm not sure on how to do it.
If you want to install an older OS on your system you need to use a 3rd party utility such as Partition Magic 7.0. While there is a workaround, it is fairly complex.
