Here in the netherlands it is considered stealing. It is the same thing as me plugging an extension cord into their electricity and then using it. Bandwidth is paid for, so deriving them of bandwidth by using it is stealing because I did not pay for the bandwidth.

Sure it is hard to prosecute, but yes it has happened.

Use the force luke. Google it. That is what the scripted plugins for Gimp are called.

The scripts are written in Scheme and can do many cool things by using functionality in the gimp, in a certain order, and providing a one step thing.
