Regardless of what people like/don't like about their products, you have to admit that Dell does have top-notch Customer Service.

I have enjoyed that on many an occassion myself 😉
 
Dell is good for the cheap computers, not for the gaming rigs, they overcharge like the dickens on those.

Whilst that's a good thing, surely if they're that good, you should never need to deal with customer support? 😀

(for reference, I've had to call apple support before now, so I'm not putting Dell down 😉)
 
The build quality certainly isn't the best in the industry but for the price the customer service is fantastic.
 
I only resell Dell products (I am a Dell Solutions Provider). If you want a gaming rig then build it yourself or else you will over pay; plus you will get exactly the components you want.

Anyway, I had a few GREAT cookies tonight. M'mmmm!
 
I had a few glasses of champaign too. We celebrated a bit.
 
We partied like it was Christmas two days early.
 
I've been out of the house since 4:00 PM and there are only 10 updated threads since??!??! Where are "teh" posts?!
