I love Dell.

I was having issues with my power cable (it was powering the system, but it wasn't recharging the battery). I talk to a dude over Chat Support last night around 6PM and he tells me I'll get a replacement within 2-3 business days.

I'm flying to Calgary tomorrow and staying there for a couple weeks so I was expecting to not really use my laptop for that duration.

Except I checked my mail this morning and there it was 😀
