🙂Just got V3C on-line via Amazon. Great deal as sb free after rebates - including HS820 headset.

About to try connecting via USB and hopefully download Outlook directory/calendar.

Expect problems but know help at hand through these forums.

By the way, first phone's software was apparently defective. Went to Verizon center - replaced no questions. S/W version = GATW_01.15.04. Said that's the latest.

Any idea where to get GATW_01.0F.02 I need to load that before I have Verizon load the .04 or you don't gain access to making photo and ringtone changes
