Shortcut icon

i have found the nice xp icons and have changed alot of them without problems but it doesnt tell you how to change them all it tells you is to use reshacker which i did. the only problem im having is to replace the shorcut icon. where can i find it and which icon number is it? i could not find it in explorer.exe or the shell32.dll wher can i find it. note in the pic. dont look at the ie icon look at the shorcut icon at the bottom left.

just goto MS powertoys, fire up TweakUI, then open the explorer drop down, then shortcut and click custom 🙂
