The RAM I am using is labeled as being CAS Latency 2(Corsair PC-133 CAS-2). However, when I use the "auto" speed detection mode in my bios it uses CAS-3. I would set the speed manually but there are 2 other settings that I don't know what value to set for. One is for "RAS to CAS Delay" and the other is for "RAS Precharge". What should I set for these? My motherboard is an Asus CUBX in case that matters at all. Thanks.

If you have good Cas 2 ram set everything to the lowest settings for each category and there should be no problem. do a benchmark before and after to see if there is much of an improvement so you know if it's even something to bother with.

Thanks for the quick reply. There is one more setting I forgot about. What should I set DRAM Idle Timer to? By default it is 10. Thanks.
