i just got a new Xp2600. Is it worth it to switch out the 2400 for the 2600 its kinda of a trade off thing for puttinga comp togther for a friend. what you guys think.

Are they both 333 Mhz fsb? If not go for the 2600, it should be 333 mHz.

But! It was running at a higher clock speed than the default, which is damn weird.
So I retested stock and got 5836:

I don't use Omega drivers or anything, everything is stock or official.

are you running it in turbo or fast mode thru bios?

if it is turbo it does tweak the agp clocks higher... if it is fast it will leave the clocks @ default...
