First make sure that the digital rights for your MP3 are not limited. WMP has strict compliance to digital rights management to prevent unauthorized copying.

Restrictions can be anything from "absolutely no copies can be made" to "you can burn it 3-5 times to a CD". It counts the number of donwloads and burns done for each song.

burnign them with the audio cd feature in nero should work .. I used that all the time with songs that were tagged and not tagged. I never had a problem with it ...

With nero, make sure you de-select the 2 second gap that is automatically added between tracks (You need one prior to track 1).
