mobo cpu combo vga

yeah leejend thats what i was thinking too its choking it will we'll soon find out. ill probably get them a new apg card nothing too fancy. also yeah its a new hdd so its not fragmented it was only a coupld of hours old when it was being slow lol(eversince i used it) its not a great mobo, its just a normal one, also if this helps the damn on board sound didnt even work! we sat half an hour tryin to make it work and the shiit wouldnt work! so i disabled it and got them a pci sound card and all was swell, but that didnt slove the main problem, hopefullly the agp card will

would the "Video Bios Shadowing" & "Cacheable" settings disabled help? how about "system Bios cacheable" and "Video Ram Cacheable" settings? "IDE 32bit transfer mode" ... just throwing them out there.. but i guess you cant test it since you sent out your PSU already.
