Don't think the clock is part of the wallpaper. If you notice, the time is the same as that shown by the system clock. So it seems to be a real-time working clock. Pretty sweet! And it fits in so well with the wallpaper and theme too. Slick job, Leedogg!

He might be using Samurize for the clock, though I'm not absolutely certain.
