Is there any software where a user on a network can click something to call for help or assistance at there workstation?
Scenario: User is having problems opening a document and wants someone to help them with this situation. They click or turn something on and the I.T support desk sees a message requesting help and which computer.
Then we can log down the time etc,etc for our own records or even better if the software stores records or allows us to list notes on the problem.
Anyone got a solution or know of anything?
