Icons not showing up next to taskbar

Ok, what gives. I just got back from a format, and after a few reboots and now my icons aren't showing up by my clock. I didn't shut off anything in MSConfig that would cause this, so can you guys please help me? 🙁

Make sure you have not got them set to 'hidden'.

Right click the task bar/properties/taskbar. Untick hidden at the bottom.
