I need WinPOPUP for XP

I need winpopup for commicate local users on our business network.

is there any program like winpopup for XP?

One thing you can use is the "net send" command from a command box.

net send computername "Type message between quotes"

This command will make a popup window appear in on the target computer with the message. Just make sure the Messenger service is running on both machines.
