Hi, This looks like a great website. The 31 days of the Dragon contest is making me add alot of new favorites. It's nice to see all the info out there that I never new about.

Answers submitted. At first glance, some of the questions seemed a bit daunting, but it really wasn't that bad. Just took a bit of time. Treasure hunts always do.

Here is the software bundle that arrived seperately.

All are the same as retail copies and I have resisted the urge to open any of the boxes. They are for evaluation and although full versions that means they are not for resale.

I don't think any of them are preinstalled on the machine but I am pretty bored so I might actually open up the laptop again and give it a good look so if you have any specific questions about it then come and join me on the chatroom and I will do my best to answer any specific questions.

Don't forget that the competition will be ending at some point tomorrow so if you are holding off on entering then get it done as soon as possible or you might miss your chance!

Final note, my sheets are clean.
And to follow my final note I think the only thing in that large Norton box is a CD in a slipcase and so it seems like a phenomenal waste of packaging.

I see the huge Symantec box.
It says the computer comes with 90? or was it 30?-day Norton trial. How long is the Norton subscription?
Lol I see more entertainment items than actual software XD
Nice though, thanks for the pic!
(I am seriously hoping that computer isn't the dragon... or I will be forever scarred knowing that a Norton Antivirus box is almost as big as a coffee table :dead:

No, but I think a Norton trial was bundled in with the dragon itself.
The Antivirus itself allows security definition updates, though right? For how long?

It'd be funny if Symantec suddenly offered Norton trials in a box XD

I have just powered the dragon up and now it has to complete setup and stuff and I will see what is installed.

There is a lot of bundled software on there running at startup.

The attached image should clear up size issues ;p

Imho the Dragon looks like a super-duper miniaturized space ship with all those blueish leds fired up. Really impressive!

Ok expanations:

1: Laptop compared to small laptop and small cat.

2: It wasn't as easy as I would have liked (ie autoplay) but I am sure after hitting windows, cyberlink and hp update as I enter a Bluray movie and it will play it without moaning, stutter free of course and running windows update. This shot shows the big friendly UI at the bottom

3: A bit more into the movie.
