I'm on regular Videotron Cable in Canada and I get 3.8 megabits per second on average (380KB to 430 KB per second).

I pay 24,95$ currently, which would translate to around 12$ American per month.

that makes sense since i'm on a shared t-1

Too lazy to take screenshot but mines is 1.7 megabits. on the badnwidthplace.com site.... bandwidthplace.com is the best, way better than dsl reports, dsl reports is too slow and busy.
