A visual history of OSNN

It's been quite a trip in the last 20 years, I can say that! well put together article by the way, e-punk

I wish I had older backups so I could get more than screenshots going but it was fun digging those up, seen some more in the attachment archives, I only looked at my own when doing the article.

Nothing really, just always nice to see the result of the small iterations I make.
Even now, have a few notes on my desktop of a few changes I wanted to do. Minor stuff like making avatars less round :D

Also got a dev site up to test the new Xenforo 2.2 beta as it might require a few changes on the portal, but hoping not!

From Internet Archive October 24th 2001 and does not even have a picture logo yet. I think XP officially came out the 25th (notice XP Countdown at the top and survey bottom right) .

Still here since...omg...since 2002! That's back when active desktop scripts were better than sliced bread, the VoodooLights screensaver was epic and 1/4 of my work day was spent perusing the forums. I lost all my custom OSNN art and wallpapers years ago but I still have a few of my vintage NTFS avatars and sigs! Ah, the memories... And so sorry to hear about Sazar, that's really sad.

This trip down memory lane has been a trip, thanks for sending out the spam EP :)

I stopped by just the other day but prior to that it's been years since I last visited. Nice to see some veteran XP-erience / NTFS / OSNN people are still alive and kicking ass.
I remember you!

Wow, it's been forever since I dropped by, but got the email the other day and was wondering how everyone was doing. So many familiar faces!

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
