Out of curiosity I wanted to try the latest Firefox and I found it screws up its own site (Mozilla.org)
This is how the Mozilla.org page looks on Avant:
And this is how it looks on Firefox:
Is this amazing or what?!
It looks good. I've encountered some bugs though (but that's expected)
If anyone's interested, I've written a review of it here:

Scientists have developed a formula for the perfect way to uncork a bottle of champagne.
Dr Steve Smith, a lecturer in wine studies at Coventry University, has come up with the equation that describes the optimal technique to open bottles without flying corks and cascades of bubbly.

Do you know what happened in California on September 09, 1850?
California became a state.
The state had no electricity.
The state had no money.
Almost everyone spoke Spanish....
There were gun fights in the streets.
So, basically, it was just like California is today...
Thanks for your advice, everyone. I'll try to scan using the 2 tools although I don't know how a trojan can get past my arsenal (SP2, NAV 2004, ZoneAlarm Pro and QwikFix :D ). If I don't find anything, it's probably (as Moonwraith said) nothing evil or harmful.
No, it is in fact a final version and not some beta. You can take a look here: http://www.avantbrowser.com/new.html
This page only lists the final versions and not the betas.
This has been out for a while now, but I felt like posting it anyway in case somebody still doesn't know about it.
Avant Browser 10.0 Final
What's new:
Avant Browser 10.0 Build 030, Released: 10.25.2004
Fixed the bug of the zone icon.
Fixed the error encoding for status bar...
That's the first thing that came to my mind - that it's a virus. I scanned using NAV and I also looked in my startup but found nothing.
Thanks, themafia_69.
Thanks for the advice!
I find wmplayer.exe running (sometimes- not always) after I exit from WMP and not at start-up. I have Ad-aware, Spybot and NAV2004 with the latest defs but they caught nothing.
Is it possible that it's just trying to connect to the internet and update or something?
Yeah, as the guys have mentioned it is quite old. I've never played it (yet ;) ) but others told me it's been around since the days of DOS.
And there are several other AO games, Grandmaster. One of the latest is Singles: Flirt Up Your Life
