Anybody else looking at this log, please post anything further that I've missed (I'm sure I have)

Remove this crap and reboot. Run it again, make sure they don't come back.

    Try this:

Boot into Windows. Click Start - > Run, MSCONFIG

Choose the "Services" Tab. Check the box to "Hide All Microsoft Services. Once those are gone, disable all.

Go to the Startup Tab - disable all

    Reboot

If the problem goes away, then it is definitely something loading with Windows. The reason why it may be best to go this route is it could be a hardware issue, but more than likely isn't.

After that, just start with enabling services/programs you know are safe, rebooting and seeing what happens.

I'd bet on Macafee causing the freeze - as KC mentioned, start reenabling the services one at a time to see which one is the culprit.

After re-enabling a particular item or is everything still enabled?

I absolutely hate McAffee and would axe that but that's just my personal thoughts. =)

Not good to have AVG and Mcafee running at the same time. This may be part of your problem.

Also not good to have Windows messenger and MSN messenger running at the same time.
