It looks like this has been around for a while, but I just found it and I think it's a great add-on to OS X. It's more convenient than the iTunes widget and it's quicker than opening the iTunes window to change tracks. The screenshot below is an example of what it can look like on your menu, but it's highly customizable. Mine is simpler and matches the rest of the bar. Anyhow, give it a try if you've never used it before.

I usually just Cmd+Tab to it then press Cmd+RightArrow to change tracks, most of the stuff in my iTunes library is stuff that I like now, been cleaning it out a lot

app does look quite cool though, think I have a bit too much on my toolbar now as it is, 12" iBooks dont have the largest amount of screen space ;) :p

Used to use it back when they announced it to be free. Just seemed for forget about it though, as like Geffy, I just command-tab over and use iTunes that way :)

This part of the suite is still free. You can download it on its own. :)

Right click on the iTunes button in the dock :p

Yeah, that accomplishes the basic functions, but the drop-down menu of this app gives you access to your complete library and playlists. My favorite part is actually a widget-like box that appears on your desktop when each new track begins -- it displays the title, artist and cover art. You can also customize what kind of transition you want to use when it appears and disappears.

I know it's still free, I'm just saying I started to use it when it was first announced to be free.

I think i'll stick to just using iTunes, or the iTunes widget thanks :)

I guess I would use that if the iTunes GUI was less user friendly... or if I got bored.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
