I really wish they would open it, downloading homebrew games (be it from the web or within the confines of the 360 software) would be awesome.
Still though, as this is a WWDC thread, I'm just going to start a rumour that Microsoft are to partner with Connect360, and that's the only way that XNA games will be available.
