Hi all:

I'm a doctor who writes a lot of reports in microsoft word2000 in xp.
I was wondering, is there a way to permanently store paragraphs of words that I say over and over again?

It would really save me time if I could just paste together these reports and add in what I need.

I've tried using the 'replace text box" under tools>auto correct> but I can only use small paragraphs. If I use too large of paragraphs it crashes word.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You could always just open word, and copy the paragraphs into the word clipboard which allows you to store more then one item, that way you can just paste the paragraphs as needed out of your clipboard

Have you thought about using templates? If you use the same paragraphs for the same types of letters or documents, you might consider saving your file as a template.

When you open your document, use the template you saved, and just modify the document as needed.
