if my winsock is screwed up that will mean my internet will not work right? Because on my previous post i talked about my router and how my internet didn'work but the other comps connected to the router worked.....bla...bla...I directly connected my comp. to the cable modem and the internet still doesn't work. DNS error. I beliave it is winsock. I tried everything every DNS, IP is correct. And i been getting this RPC error too. is it winsock do i need to reinstall XP?
