Windows XP Incompatibility

Just purchased an eMachine T1120 with Windows XP Home Edition already installed.
I removed my Mustek 600 III EP PLUS scanner from my old computer, which ran on Windows 95.
The new eMachine informs me that the scanner is not compatible with Windows XP Home edition.
How do I get around this?

You will have to find out if the Mustek has released drivers for XP.

If not, you're stuck.

You won't be able to use your scanner on your eMachine. Sorry

the website doesn't list xp drivers, but you could try the windows 2000 drivers, they may work
