Windows XP Home to XP Pro Upgrade

I haven't heard much anywhere about upgrading a Windows XP Home OS to Windows XP Pro. Can that be done, easily? Do I have to use a particular procedure to do that correctly?

Just pop in the XPPro upgrade Cd and let it rip, no problem.

Right, just put your XP Pro cd in the drive and let it autostart. Choose update installation. That's all. It is only a minor change, so no complete fresh install is necessary.
