Windows x64 installing problems

Im having a problem installing windows x64. I run the install off the cd but restarts everytime it says starting windows for the formatting of the hard drive. Can anyone help me with this problem :suprised:

Specs:

DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D
1gig OCZ EL
maxtor ide 40
maxtor ide 80
WD raptor sata 37
sappire x850xt

You need to make sure you pre load 64 bit raid drivers (if you have raid). Might also be sata ones
