Windows SP2 - installation Problems

after i install SP2 i restart my computer. apon restart the computer fully loads up and than the screen go multi coloured - i cant see any windows or the windows XP OS the screen is just blank - multi coloured - HELP NEEDED

Can you get into safe mode? (tap f8 on boot for the menu)

Try reinstalling the video driver.

yes i have tried that and updated it

Are you using a 64 bit CPU .... if so, it may nned a bios update to handle DEP. My laptop had similar probs..... bios update fixed it.
