He's my Problem, on occassions when browsing through my c drive or trying to move files to other folders, window explorer say's it's encountered a problem and must close, happens 3 or 4 times daily, any ideas what may cause this?

Sounds as though something is corrupted. Check your event log and see what it tells you.

this is what the error is - says Faulting application explorer.exe version 6.0.2600.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.0, fault address 0x0000215C

Try reinstalling explorer.
