ok i'm out of ideas now. except try to install winamp to different directory. i had a problem with aim once and reinstalled it numerous times. i fixed the problem by installing it into different directory
Are you using a skin other than the default one? If so it could be a bad skin. I had that problem so I uninstalled it and deleted the dir. Then re-installed it, no problems now...Hope this helps.
Possible bad Skin, also possibly if you are running too many programs in the background. Maybe not enough memory and it's bogged down when loading a large song list to the point of it locking up and shutting down.
Have you tried the WINAMP web site to see if there is anything in the FAQ or the Support Forum similar to your problem?
Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
