Win98 wants to shutdown and go to MS-DOS????

Win98 wants to shutdown and go to MS-DOS automaticly!
Its like in XP with RPC problem, but this one asks before shutdown and U can cancel it.

Can any1 tell me whats the cause of this problem and how to fix it!!!

Check you startup files (Start -> Run -> type in 'msconfig' and press Enter. Click the 'Startup' (or similar) tab). Is there any DOS application in the list?

i looked but there was none dos program runing !!!

What else is to do ?
What could be the problem, this Win98SE was freesh instaled on system P4 2.4 512DDR 80Gb disk, ASUS MB.

If there is nothing else to do, then new instalation will save all my problems !!!
