When logging onto a computer and wanting to use the default admin account. Is there a password to that account and if so, what is the default password?

its created by the person who installed/s the operating system

What do you mean by "Default Admin Account"? Is this the first normal user created (which is an admin by default) or the actual "Administrator" account? The actual "Administrator" is set during setup, the other accounts, designated as admins can be chaged through the User Accouts control panel
