why is my shutdown screen like this?

why is my shutdown screen like this? (look at the picture) how do i get back to the default one??

Go to Control Panel> User Accounts> Change the way users log on or off> "Cancel" that first popup> Put a tick in the "Use the Welcome Screen" box.

it tells me:
client services for netware has disabled the welcome screen & fast user switching. to use these features, uninstall Client services for netware

how do i uninstall client services for netware?? its not in add/remove

Control Panel> Network Connections> right click on your connection> properties> Hightlight "Client services for netware" and uninstall it. If you're on a company computer, not advisable to remove stuff that will cut you off from the LAN.

i uninstalled in the network connections, and then changed it in user accounts, thanks for the help!!!
