Why Cant I Resize My Pictures Anymore??

Anyone have any clue. Power Tools for XP enables this, and give you this option when you right click. Now its just gone!! What the hell?

hmmm, no clue, have you tried downloading the new powertoys and re-installing to see if that fixes it? something might of simply got fubared somewhere along the line.
