and I will add the caveat to the discussion between me and leejend

corporations are in fact able to buy what ever law they want now a days and they are able to get prosecutions they were never able to get before, so I guess there might come a day where a prosecutor actually tried to take this type of give public access to court to restrict it.

I doubt it though
