My car keys and my lucky guitar picks, about 20 of them ... I also have my wallet. I don't carry cash, I'll spend it to fast if I do, so I just use plastic .. It's a small wallet, just big enough for a couple of my cards and drivers license.

Typically, fully loaded pockets out my door I have my keys/key fob, mp3 player, wallet, cell phone and my electronic work badge/pass.
