What to do with this error message???

Take a look at the picture - it comes out when I close Device manager window (and some others...). Help!

Your using the Nvidia 27.42 or such drivers aren't you? The Nview Application in those drivers has a problem creating correct memory writes when closing some core apps.

Disable Nview and see if your error goes away, if it does, then upgrade to some of the newer 27.xx drivers as they problem has been fixed in them
