Is Geforce 4 mx 460 better than geforce 2 mx 200?

Will there be a big perfomance boost?

It's better, but those MX cards suck, in my opinion.

I would consider a TI cards, geforce 3 ti's or better yet, the geforce 4 ti cards.

I have the geforce4 MX 440 and am not real pleased with it's performance. will be upgrading soon.

the mx series aren't made to perform really good... get any of the ti cards, i'm getting a geforce 3 ti500 for $200.... canadian... that's around $125 american

and it has the exact amount to buy a geforce 4 mx....😛

Well , in your place i would buy a Gf4 card because
- Newest

- Only Leadtek ( good memories with these )
MX or Ti ? > Depends of your processor .. so buy an Gf4MX

slayer... please do yourself a favor and don't buy that mx460. i tell you honestly that a geforce3 ti200 will give you better performance as well as pixel shaders, vertex shaders, and other geforce3 technology that the geforce4 mx's simply don't have. AND THE GF3 TI200 IS CHEAPER. ~$80.

mx's were simply made to make these companies easy money. they aren't even a good value.

keep in mind the gf4 mx's don't have gf3 technology... they are gf2's with anti-aliasing features.

how do you tell the difference between 2 crap cards?
save a lil more an get a ge3ti500........or save more and get ge4ti

cosmin, the geforce 3 ti500 i'm buying is gonna cost $200 canadian, if u convert the currency from canadian dollars to american dollars ($1 american = $1.6 canadian) then it works out to be $125 american.

i can get a ti200 for the same price, but it has DVI out and is 128mb, instead of 64mb

I have a Radeon 8500LE 128 MB and it is about par to a GF3 Ti 500. It easly beats the GF4 MX cards cause they suck.......I like my card but if you wanna pay even less for a good card....the GF3 Ti 200 or the GF3 Ti 500 is the way to go. 😎
