Your vid card is a pretty good one, yet will be behind the times soon,

of course this is coming from someone who never buys a large hard drive because by the time I fill it up it will be time for the next new system...

Pretty soon the GF 4 Ti series will be dropping in price, dont get the GF4 MX as you will see they are actually a GF3 in GF4 packaging.

The new ATI card with the 300 chipset is coming out soon, it is faster than the GF4 Ti4600 !! but runs $399.00!!

So keep an eye on pricewatch.com, you will find some good prices, and dont buy the cheap RAM as it will only bring you problems...

And go wash some more cars !!

I have the same motherboard

1 major issue, onboard USB not supported in WinXP

The software has some relevence, the FuzzyLogic4 is an easy overclocking utility..

@glaanieboy the board is Sweeet I bought it cos I stuff up my MSI K7T266 Pro2(Bio Update gone wrong), I have had no problems with the Ultra what so ever so if you see it for the right price go for it.

there is another thread flaoting around on the merits of this board... I also posted a link which shows comparitive performance of the boards based on various tests... all via chipsets running 333... msi got a silver award from the website which is pretty good..

btw I have the board and have 1 issue... the 2nd PCi slot does not work well with my winTV card.. but else everything else is fine... fast stable and the software provided is pretty decent...

all in all a good card... get the Raid version if you can though.. if you can spend the extra 40-50 bucks...
