I wonder if he ran the Upgrade Advisor.
Someone else asked that question in the comments. This guy is from some sort of show, and he had tried to get Vista installed on his computer, which Upgrade Advisor said was perfect for Vista.

He was trying to upgrade to Vista, since Windows XP only sees 2 GB of his 4 GB DDR Memory. His machine was definitely up to the task of running Windows Vista, there is no reason it did not work.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
