Virus wont go away

I use norton 2002 and cant seem to delete this virus..anyone has xpirience with it who can help me out?

Also, you should be able to click on the virus name in NAV 2002 and I think that takes to Symantec help on the web.

I did

I did that but it only shows the name of the virus not how to delete it

You cannot remove that virus just using Norton 2002. Go to the above link to download the tool that you need to get rid of the virus. Make sure you follow all the instructions on the page.
