Virtual memory

Hey,

I have the following problem :

sometimes when I shutdown windows xp it says:

VIRTUAL MEMORY LIMIT TOO LOW
...


I have a 1000 GHz Athlon processor with 256 MbRAM


What is the solution?

Check your hard drive space, virtual memory also includes the swap file on your hard drive.
