i am working on a friends pc spec:

intel pIII 600
256mb PC133 SDRAM
16gb Hard drive (6gb free)

Everytime i shutdown i get the mesage windows virtual memory low click ok to change the paging size.

Windows is managing its own virtual memory, whats trhe maximum i can manually set it to to stop recieving this message?

I don't ever get this message on my pc.

Thanx in advance

paging size should be set to the size of your 'puter's ram; i.e., if you have 512mb of ram, set paging size to 512.

your'e having too much fun, now that you leaned youself how to do that....gotta go, see everyone mananananana

There is a also a bug in WinXP causing the virtual memory low message to appear on shutdown for some people no matter the size of the paging file..so far I don't know of a fix.
