uxtheme.dll and win2k

Before I do this I wanted to check here first. If I replace uxtheme.dll with the one for XP what will happen in Windows 2000 Pro?

I don't think that W2K has uxtheme.dll and I would think that you need more files then just the one for it to work (add themes)?? All though that is a nice idea...would be nice to theme my work PC with out stardock software.
